燒毛(mao)機在(zai)燒毛(mao)的時候會產生哪些疵(ci)點?
燒(shao)毛機燒(shao)毛常見的(de)問題是燒(shao)毛不(bu)凈(jing)。原因主要是氣(qi)體燒(shao)毛時內焰與織(zhi)物距離比較大或者通過火口速度(du)(du)太快。克服的(de)辦法(fa)是適當放慢(man)車速,調(diao)整內焰溫(wen)度(du)(du)。并(bing)且(qie)要經常清(qing)潔(jie)毛刷和金剛砂輥,調(diao)整與織(zhi)物的(de)接(jie)觸面,提高燒(shao)前(qian)烘筒的(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)。這些都(dou)能幫助提高燒(shao)毛效果(guo)。
但是在(zai)滌/棉織物燒毛(mao)時,車速太慢(man)、火焰溫(wen)度過高又往往形(xing)成燒毛(mao)過度,織物變硬。因此要根據織物性質隨時調整。如(ru)滌綸(lun)混紡織物除以上措施外,必要時還(huan)要調整燒毛(mao)面(mian)次數、加強火口間冷空氣降(jiang)溫(wen)、燒毛(mao)前用(yong)冷水輥筒降(jiang)低布(bu)面(mian)溫(wen)度。
除燒(shao)(shao)(shao)毛(mao)(mao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)凈外(wai)還(huan)有(you)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)毛(mao)(mao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)勻(yun)(yun),常見于銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)毛(mao)(mao)機(ji)。主(zhu)要原因(yin)有(you)銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)兩端(duan)溫(wen)度(du)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同、銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)表面(mian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)平(ping)整。銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)毛(mao)(mao)機(ji)的結(jie)構上存在不(bu)(bu)(bu)足也(ye)會(hui)引(yin)起燒(shao)(shao)(shao)毛(mao)(mao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)勻(yun)(yun)的疵病。銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)毛(mao)(mao)由兩導輥(gun)使織物成(cheng)(cheng)平(ping)面(mian)與圓弧形銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)呈線性接(jie)觸(chu)運(yun)動(dong),這(zhe)種運(yun)動(dong)是(shi)往復(fu)式的,當織物運(yun)動(dong)到(dao)弧板(ban)終端(duan)時(shi)形成(cheng)(cheng)死點,停(ting)留后再開始(shi)逆向往復(fu)。在死點區域內溫(wen)度(du)下降造成(cheng)(cheng)與整個(ge)銅(tong)(tong)板(ban)面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)差異。結(jie)果形成(cheng)(cheng)燒(shao)(shao)(shao)毛(mao)(mao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)勻(yun)(yun)的有(you)規(gui)律性的疵點。死點停(ting)留時(shi)間越長這(zhe)種疵點也(ye)就(jiu)越明顯。
燒毛機燒毛時還可能造(zao)成破洞和豁(huo)邊(bian)。主要是操作(zuo)工人(ren)操作(zuo)時思想不集中,布面有拖紗(sha)、邊(bian)紗(sha)、棉(mian)結等(deng)著火(huo)后未及時撲滅,火(huo)星落在織物上也未及時處理。
